    Open office hours and personal appointments
    At the moment we do not offer any open office hours at any of our locations in the region. Yet we are pleased to answer your questions via e-mail, phone or video call. A perosnal appointment is also possible, but only by prior arrangement.

    All events planned for the coming weeks (up to and including 02.06.2020) have been cancelled for the moment. However, we are pleased to offer you online solutions in the form of webinars. We will keep you up to date on this.

    The Welcome Center Heilbronn-Franken gives advice to international professionals wishing to work in the Heilbronn-Franken region. The Welcome Center informs international professionals and their families about everything you need to settle, work and live in the region. The region consists of administrative districts Heilbronn, Schwäbisch Hall, Hohenlohe and Main-Tauber.

    In five locations within the region we offer open consultation hours where you can come by without appointment. In addition to that you can arrange an individual appointment beyond opening hours. Another option is to contact us via e-mail, telephone and skype.
